Ye can't disable the limiter if you're on those sort of jobs, you can only disable the limiter in the settings if you take a job from the freight market and also possibly the quick jobs as well? Untick the box and you are good to go. If you ever decide to join World of Trucks and use External Contracts within the game, then speed limiter won't work and your speed will be 90 km/h max no matter the mentioned option.
